For Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re committed to making it right at no cost to you. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify our customer care team using our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, a brief description of the damage, and photos to help us process your request quickly.
  3. Return Process: We’ll provide instructions, which may include a prepaid return label and clear instructions for sending the item back safely.
  4. Resolution: Upon receiving and verifying the damaged item, we’ll promptly issue a full refund or replacement, based on your preference, with no additional cost to you.

Returns for Any Reason (Within 30 Days, Customer-Paid Shipping)

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return non-custom items for any reason, provided they meet the following conditions:

Return Requirements:

  1. Contact Us: Notify our customer care team using our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number and reason for return to help us process your return quickly.
  3. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date at the customer's expense.
  4. All returned items must be received in their original condition.
    If the return is approved, the product price will be refunded (shipping costs are not refunded).
  5. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and can use whichever preferred shipping method. Partial or no credit will be given for items damaged in transit back to us due to poor packaging and handling.

    Items Ineligible for Return:

    • Custom-made items.
    • Items not in their original condition.  Used or altered items will not be accepted.
    • Items returned after 30 days.

    No Cancellations Or Modifications Will Be Allowed After 24 Hours Of Order Placement.
